The AX-25.5 and AX-28.5 Main Monitors are “purpose built race cars”. Absolute accuracy, stunning natural sound characteristics, and ”bulletproof” reliability, are a few of the sound characteristics. The AX Series Main Monitor Systems have an uncanny ability to reproduce source material with remarkable accuracy, while maintaining pinpoint imaging and soundstage properties. When properly tuned and voiced they also have a very special quality of being able to duplicate vocal and musical instrument timber, pitch, and tone exactly. Knowing that the users of these monitors depend on them for their livelihood, and the workload of playback systems can often be 12-18 hours a day, they are also designed to be ultra reliable and built with modular, field replaceable components. monitors ever built. The AX-25.5 and AX-28.5 CCAS Powered Mains both house
dual LF drivers per channel, and 4 MB6 midbass drivers and 4 HF1 high frequency drivers. The total power handling capabilities and surface area of these monitors
are enormous, ensuring ample room coverage and large “sweet spot”. They
effortlessly provide a remarkable world class sound at very high output levels with
ZERO FATIGUE. The AX-25.5 and AX-28.5 are 3 way, tri-amplified, active full range monitors. Built and designed to be completely accurate and flat, they will reproduce
