Lifetime Warranty

Apart from our original design efforts, extraordinary performance and evolutionary product influences, AEX Labs is proud to support and warranty every single product we make to be free of manufacture defects for the lifetime that you own it. This bold statement is part of our commitment to our products and services because we feel if you own the world’s best product, you deserve the world’s best service for that product. This warranty is 100% transferrable providing proper documentation to support products origin, (i.e. Bill of Sale etc. can be verified with original owner, a “paper trail” must exist to validate transferred warranty).

Warranty includes:

• All mechanical manufacturer defects.
• All obvious cosmetic and aesthetic manufacturer defects.
• All electrical manufacturer defects
  

Warranty does not include:

• Tampered or removed serial numbers.
• Misuse or over excursion.
• Thermal abuse to electrical components, drivers, enclosures.
  
• Objects becoming lodged inside the gap and disrupting the voice coil.
• Over-excursion when no proper high pass filter is employed.
• SPL wattage, and power overloads beyond the specified power limits
• Custom service or modification to any component not performed by AEX Labs
  
• Consequential damage to other components.
  
• Damage due to moisture.
• Cosmetic damage.
• Shipping damages.
